KIIE telah dikembangkan untuk mendukung industri terkait minyak & gas, energi terbaru, dan pertambangan terutama perusahaan yang membutuhkan sebidang tanah besar dengan akses dekat ke pelabuhan umum di dalam perkebunan untuk pergerakan kargo berat dan berukuran besar.

ARCHITECT STAFF
Requirement:
- Work experience in the field of architecture or construction 1-3 years (Junior Level)
- Master architectural software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up or ArchiCAD
- Ability to design and develop creative design concepts
- Good communication skills to collaborate with other teams and contractors
- Able to work with quality design results
Job Scope:
- Design development: creating initial concepts and designs for building projects based on needs
- Creation of RAB: Develop project budget estimates and plan the required costs
- 3D MODELING: Create 3D models and renderings to
- ensure that implementation complies with design plans
- Teamwork: Work together with civil, mechanical, and
- electrical, as well as other parties involved in construction
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure that the project complies with all applicable regulations and safety standards
- Periodic Reports: Provide project progress reports to management/PM/Planning Manager
