Job Description (posisi 1):
- Responsible to ensure that facilities, utilities, and equipment function in their intended life cycle (preventive maintenance).
- Build up resources to ensure facilities, utilities, and equipment are operating both efficiently and safely.
Job Description (posisi 2):
- Supervising employees in manufacturing operations in defined area; Participate resolving production problems by analysing data, identifying issues, providing solutions
- Ensure production run according to schedule from Planning department
- Responsible for daily production output, downtime, reject, yield
- Eliminate waste and inefficiencies in production
- Ensure production employees are properly oriented and trained
- Personnel competence, coaching and development for production employee.
Job Description (posisi 3):
- Conduct & arrange training needs
- Liaise with respective party to conduct internal and external training
- Evaluate, briefing, prepare training program
- Monitor the training effectiveness.
Job Description (posisi 4):
- Manage routine manufacturing operation
- Handle process and plant optimization work in support of routine production
- Perform process and plant troubleshooting
- Coordinate progress of shift teams production/supervising and task delegation
- Develop and facilitate training operation procedures/safety protocol to production team.
Job Description (posisi 5):
- Responsible for the hands-on work needed to achieve the project objective to ensure the project running smoothly.
- Demonstrate painting skill in term of program creation and technical leadership to resolve problems that interfere with productivity.
Requirements:
- Diploma in technical engineering (1)
- Bachelor Degree in supply chain or industrial engineering (2)(4)(5)
- Bachelor Degree in Law/psychology/management (3)
- Minimum of 5 years related experience (1) 2 years (2,3,4,5)
- Familiar in the production planning and manpower arrangement (2)
- Experience maintain & repair automation machine/equipment (1)
- Familiar with 8D Report, FMEA, Technical Drawing Skill (5)
- Proficiency using Microsoft office (excel, word, PowerPoint) (1,2,3)
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
