Posisi:
1. DOCUMENT CONTROL ENGINEER (Subject: Document Control Engineer)
2. ELECTRICAL QC (Subject: Electrical QC)
Job Descriptions (posisi 1):
- Maintain and manage engineering documents, including drawings, technical specifications, vendor data, and correspondence.
- Ensure all project-related documents are properly categorized, indexed, and stored in the Document Management System (EDMS – Internal ROS System).
- Distribute documents to the respective stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, contractors) as per the established distribution matrix
- Track and log document submissions and approvals.
- Monitor document submission schedules and approval timelines to avoid delays.
- Generate periodic reports on the status of documents, including overdue submissions and pending approvals.
- Sending Chaser mails to customer/ contractor for the overdue documents and pending approvals.
- Act as a liaison between engineering teams, procurement, and contractors to ensure document flow and control
- Coordinate with project managers and team leads to establish timelines and ensure timely submissions.
- Develop and maintain a systematic filing and archiving system for both physical and digital documents.
- Ensure the proper handover of archived documents at the project’s completion.
Requirements (posisi 1):
- Minimum Diploma
- 3 years experience in the Engineering Document Control. Knowledge of engineering and construction industry practices.
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- English communication skills to deal with Customer globally.
Job Descriptions (posisi 2):
- Able to understand, interpret electrical drawings & specifications
- 2. Able to perform insulation resistance test and other test procedure
- Understand codes & standards
Requirements (posisi 2):
- Minimum Diploma
- More than 5 years experience in Electrical inspection
- Holding IECEX/EEHAA Certificate or any cou related to electrical inspection
- Good Communication Skills in English
