JOB DESCRIPTION (posisi 1):

• Preparation of parts for powder coating.
• Assist in the setup and operation of powder coating equipment.
• Responsible for painting products with powder coat using manual or automated methods.
• Monitor the quality of finished parts and make adjustments as necessary.
• Able to apply paint consistently and stand for long periods of time.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
• Ensure that every work carried out is carried out in accordance with SOP and safety standards.
• Assist in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS(posisi 1):

• Minimum education is SMK or relevant.
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in powder coating. Strong background in powder coating.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work individually and in a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION (posisi 2):

• Ensure that inspection and maintenance of injection machines and production facilities run well.
• Oversee daily production needs including molding processes and problem solving.
• Perform problem solving on damaged parts, optimize processes, production output and take corrective action.
• Carry out work instructions and comply with injection machine parameter records for production goods.
• Collaborating with related departments to make the company’s programs a success (project mold & tools, and industrial equipment manufacturing).
• Supervise every work carried out in accordance with SOP and safety standards.
• Carry out problem solving related to production equipment and machines.
• Carry out control functions and create monthly reports.
• Proposing improvements for better results.

REQUIREMENTS (posisi 2):

• Minimum education is SMK / D3 in Mechanical Engineering or relevant.
• Have experience and knowledge related to Injection Molding / Engineering Molding machines in manufacturing for at least 2 years.
• Can use a computer (Microsoft Office) and create reports.
• Have good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work individually and in a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION (posisi 3):

• Carrying out preventive maintenance and reporting preventive maintenance work according to schedule.
• Ensure and monitor work tools and machines in good condition and functioning optimally.
• Investigate problems that occur in the machine if the machine does not produce production according to its optimal capacity or according to standards and provide a report.
• Prepare routine maintenance reports and preventive maintenance work reports.
• Manage and control spare parts for equipment and production machines.
• Maintain and ensure the workshop is clean and safe at all times.’
• Supervise the work of outside contractors who carry out major maintenance / project work according to specifications.
• Ensure that every work carried out is carried out in accordance with SOP and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS (posisi 3):

• Minimum education is SMK or relevant.
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same field.
• Can use a computer (Microsoft Office) and create reports.
• Have honesty, thoroughness and high responsibility.
• Able to work individually and in a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION (posisi 4):

• Supervise the inspection and maintenance of machines and production facilities.
• Develop guidelines and instructions regarding maintenance and repair of production machines and equipment.
• Create and implement SOP for how to operate machines and production facilities.
• Troubleshooting damaged parts, optimizing processes, and taking corrective action.
• Create and prepare work instructions and machine parameter records for each product and production machine.
• Supervise the implementation of new mold and tools projects related to products and production machines.
• Supervise every work carried out in accordance with SOP and safety standards.
• Provide support related to projects and setting up industrial equipment.
• Carry out problem solving related to production equipment and machines.
• Proposing improvements for better results.

REQUIREMENTS (posisi 4):

• Minimum education is D3 in Mechanical Engineering or relevant.
• Have experience as an Engineering in manufacturing for at least 2 years.
• Can use a computer (Microsoft Office) and create reports.
• Have good communication skills and adapt easily.
• Able to work individually and in a team.
