PLANNER MANAGER
Job Description:
- Responsible to check the availability of raw material to cover customer Purchase Order.
- Responsible to raise Purchase Order for direct material to cover customer Purchase Order. Responsible to control material availability for corrugator machine.
- Ensure Purchase Order received by supplier and met our requirement date.
- Ensure Purchase of Environmental friendly raw materials.
- Prepare summary of sales order and purchase order.
- Responsible to evaluate new supplier and monitoring performance of existing supplier.
- Prepare Master Card for Production Planning to arrange Production Schedule.
- Responsible to check production status / progress related to material matters.
- Manage good communication & coordination with Customer Service regarding customer order. Manage supplier performance to achieve deliverables to meet KPI
- Manage staff schedule
- Ensuring compliance of ROHS, Green Partner, Green Purchasing, and Green Procurement, ISO 9001:2015, 14001: 2015, and 45001:2018 requirements
Qualification:
- Min. Diploma in any discipline with minimum three 5 (five) of working experience in related field.
- Having good communications skill in English both oral and written.
- Having good communications skill in Mandarin.
- Have knowledge in export import.
- Having good personality with good communication skill.
- Team builder with strong analytical skills.
- Able to deal with pressure
